This is a website lease service, not financing or a rent-to-own payment plan.

Business site lease: $139.00/month with one bundled monthly update of existing content.

Portfolio site lease: $199.00/month with unlimited routine text and existing-content edits under fair use, plus up to two scheduled image batches per month with a 50-image maximum per batch.

Each lease has a 12 month commitment, then month-to-month. Lease payments do not reduce buyout pricing.

You may buy out later at the current listed purchase price of the applicable website package.

What does the website build price cover?

The build price covers construction of the website based on the package selected. Hosting and ongoing management are separate service choices.

What are your current website purchase options?

Business Website is $499.00 one-time. Standard Portfolio Website is $999.00 one-time for up to 150 images. Large Portfolio Website is $1,499.00 one-time for up to 400 images.

What does Website Care include?

Website Care includes hosting, SSL, deployment management, 24/7 automated uptime monitoring, routine technical maintenance, and basic support. It does not include customer-requested content updates.

What does Essentials include?

Essentials includes everything in Website Care plus one bundled monthly update to existing content, such as text changes, photo swaps, hours, contact information, or service descriptions.

What counts as a normal update?

Routine changes to existing website content such as replacing photos, updating existing text, business hours, prices, services, staff information, or similar content.

What is not a normal update?

Major redesigns, rebuilds, substantial new pages, major new sections, new functionality, major gallery restructuring, or other significant development. This work is custom quoted and billed separately before work begins.

How many portfolio images can I update?

For Portfolio Site Lease plans, new portfolio images may be submitted in up to two scheduled batches per month, with a maximum of 50 client-supplied images per batch.

Do unused updates roll over?

No. Scheduled updates must be used during their applicable update period and do not accumulate.

Do you build ecommerce websites?

Bayou Bytes specializes in fast informational and portfolio-focused static websites. Ecommerce and complex backend applications are outside the standard service.

Can you maintain my existing website?

Bayou Bytes primarily hosts and manages websites built within its own lightweight static-site workflow. Existing third-party websites must be evaluated separately.

Can you add a booking system or third-party service?

Existing third-party booking systems and services can sometimes be linked or embedded when appropriate. Third-party fees and substantial integration work are separate.
